Which Mattress is best for a good night's sleep?

latex mattress ILD Scale firmness

The four greatest "Musts" are Air, Water, Food and Sleep.  We must have all four to be healthy.  Which Mattress is best for a good night's sleep.  We invite you to try our Latex Mattresses.  We believe a latex mattress is twice as good as anything else on the market.

The most important consideration for a good night's sleep is "How you feel when you wake up in the morning."  Some people can sleep anywhere and on anything.  This is usually "not" our customers.  They are seeking a better night's sleep.  They need the right type of support for their different sleeping postures.

This is why we have 3 different models (three difference thicknesses); with each in 4 different firmnesses.  Our mission is to match the right mattress and firmness with your body's physiology.

We've been helping people get a good night's sleep for over 60 years.  This has been our first and foremost goal for 60 years.  We sincerely want you to get a good night's sleep!

We also have a 10 day/$89.00 change in case we have to change the model and/or the firmness.  With our zipper construction, special requests are also quite easy.  This is because each of our models are layered; and with the zippered cover, it is very easy to change any of the layers.

What Does It All Mean . . . Native to the Amazon Rainforest?

The latex rubber seed, originating from the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis), is native to the Amazon rainforest in South America. Over time, it spread to other tropical regions due to its valuable sap, which is harvested from the tree by tapping its bark. The sap, known as latex, is collected and then processed into various products, including mattress foam. The latex undergoes a series of steps, such as coagulation and molding, to form a soft, durable material that is used in the production of mattresses, providing comfort and support for sleepers.

Information Faqs Latex Mattresses

Our Latex mattresses are made from natural latex, a flexible, resilient material derived from the sap of rubber trees or produced through synthetic processes. They are highly valued for their comfort and support because latex contours to the body’s shape, providing a balanced combination of cushioning and firmness that helps relieve pressure points. The material’s natural elasticity allows it to bounce back quickly, offering consistent support without sagging over time. Additionally, latex mattresses are known for their breathability, promoting better airflow and temperature regulation, which can help sleepers stay cool and comfortable. People LOVE them because they strike a perfect balance between comfort, durability, and support.

What is the difference between Natural Talalay and Certified Organic Latex Mattresses . . .

The key difference between Natural Talalay and Certified Organic Latex mattresses lies in the production process and the materials used. Natural Talalay latex mattresses are made from natural latex, which is sourced from rubber trees, but undergo a specific 8-step process called the Talalay process, which involves molding and freezing the latex to create a more consistent, airy structure. This results in a softer and more responsive feel. Each natural Talalay core comes with its own label that is rated in 9 separate areas for firmness.  On the other hand, Certified Organic Latex mattresses use latex that is sourced from rubber trees grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals, and the entire manufacturing process is certified to meet organic standards. While both types are made from natural latex, Certified Organic Latex mattresses have the added assurance of being produced without any fertilizers or chemicals; and with the GOLS Global Organic Latex Standards label that it is a minimum of 95% organic latex inside.

Are Zippers, Handles and Completely Reversible Good Ideas?

Our customer's certainly think so.  We build our mattresses the old fashioned way:  completely reversible, quilted on both sides, handles and backed by a 20 year Warranty.  We started adding the zipper about 10 years ago.  We make mattresses that will last you over 20 years.  Today, even the most expensive mattresses out there sell you a non-reversible mattress that will only last you half as long.  They only put "the good stuff" on the top half, and usually put polyurethane foam on the bottom half.  If you read their warranty card, they only say you have a warranty issue if there is a 1" to 1.5" indentation in your mattress.  WE DON'T HAVE THAT IN OUR WARRANTY!  The Zipper is a great idea, because sometimes you need us to address a service issue; or you wish a change of firmness.
